• She specializes in public procurement law, with particular emphasis on the issues of sectoral procurement, procedures for awarding contracts financed by EU aid funds, creating internal procedures for procurement and purchasing for companies in the energy and gas industry, public finance sector units, local government legal entities and medical entities,
• She has many years of experience in preparing and conducting procurement proceedings for a variety of contracts and modes, including large-scale and complex investments,
• She has extensive practice in drafting procurement notices, specifications of essential terms of the contract, public procurement contracts, and letters during the procurement process, including the implementation of legal remedies,
• Attorney for parties in court proceedings in public procurement disputes, including in particular before the National Appeals Chamber,
• She has participated in many consultations of the tender committee and the contracting officer, in negotiations between the contracting authority and contractors,
  She participated in conducting inspections and audits of procurement proceedings, including the development of inspection methodology, sampling and summary reports,
• She participated in consultations on draft legal acts within the framework of professional organizations in the field of public procurement law,
• Trainer with many years of training experience. She has conducted trainings on energy law, line investments, claims by property owners for locating energy facilities, real estate management, public procurement law, contract and property law, and environmental law,
• Author of expert opinions on the occurrence and admissibility of state aid from EU funds and national funds, legal analyses on the interpretation of EU law,
• She also has experience in civil litigation, with a particular focus on contract law and property law (especially real estate law).
