Acting for energy companies, he provided legal support to the IT Change and Integration Program covering such blocks as organization, IT services, sourcing, project and portfolio management, and architecture. Providing legal services to the IT Center and ENERGA CG Companies, he participated in the creation and negotiation of the terms and conditions of many implementation and maintenance agreements in the field of IT services and systems, especially during the implementation of key programs and strategic projects in the area of informatization: billing, CRM, KSD, SOD and BI systems.
