Podniesinski i Wspólnicy Kancelaria Prawnicza Podniesiński i Wspólnicy Adwokaci i Radcowie Prawni s.c. (KPL) has been continuously operating in the legal services market since 1992. One of its founders is attorney-at-law Krzysztof Podniesinski, who to this day is the leading partner, providing clients with professional legal assistance and taking care of the level of services provided by the Law Firm. The Headquarters of the Law Firm is located in Gdansk at Al. Gen. J. Hallera 13 in a historic, restored building named “Villa Iustitia”.
The firm specializes in many areas of law, which primarily include comprehensive services for business entities in the field of commercial, civil, business and criminal law, financial and tax advice, advice on investment processes, construction and development processes – as well as comprehensive representation of clients in litigation and arbitration in Poland and abroad.
The law firm is a member of the Business Center Club association and the Northern Employers Forum (formerly: Confederation of Leviathan).
In recent years, the Firm has taken first and second place among law firms in the Pomeranian Region in the prestigious rankings of law firms of the daily newspaper “Rzeczpospolita”, and has repeatedly been ranked among the largest law firms in Poland. To this day, the Firm is one of the largest in the region of northern Poland.
The Law Firm’s partners have been repeatedly awarded for their professional achievements. The Law Firm is a recipient of such awards as the European Medal for the tax optimization structure, awarded by the Business Centre Club, is also a two-time winner of the Gryf Gospodarczy award, given by the Pomeranian Entrepreneurship Council, and was awarded twice the title of Ambassador of the Polish Economy, given by the Business Centre Club. In 2018, the Firm was awarded the title of Enterprise of the Future in the prestigious nationwide Competition and Certification Program.
