She graduated from the Faculty of Law at the Catholic University of Lublin in 1998. In 1999, she completed postgraduate studies at the L. Koźmiński Academy of Entrepreneurship and Management on the course "Managing People in the Company". She completed her judicial training at the Court of Appeals in Gdansk, and took her judicial exam in 2003; she took her oath as a legal advisor in December 2005.
She participated in the transformation processes in commercial companies, provided formal and legal support for real estate transactions, coordinated and supervised complex transactions for the disposal of enterprises and their organized parts, participated in the support of investment processes, created a concept for the implementation of investments in a large capital group.
She has acted on behalf of businesses and individuals in civil proceedings, including proceedings before courts of foreign jurisdictions. She has comprehensive knowledge of intellectual property rights issues, represented one of the parties in a dispute over a well-known Polish brand, and provides ongoing legal advice to an entity oriented to the creation and implementation of innovative solutions in the field of energy in cooperation with Polish academic environment.
She cooperates with energy companies. She participated in negotiating the terms and conditions of contracts for the connection of conventional and renewable energy sources to the gas and electricity transmission and distribution networks, provided legal support in the acquisition and development of wind farms in the Pomeranian and West Pomeranian Voivodeships.
