Education and qualifications:

He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn in 2016. In 2017-2019 he served his Advocacy traineeship at the Pomeranian Bar Association in Gdansk, completed with a positive result of the bar exam in 2020.

In 2021, he graduated with a very good result from postgraduate studies in Prevention of Economic Crime, Fiscal Crime and Against Property at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw.

Has experience in litigation and representation of parties in civil, family and business proceedings;

Advises on the processes of transformation in commercial companies, the processes of formation and registration of companies, and represents entities in proceedings before the registry court;
Prepares and gives opinions on corporate documents, supports company bodies in their current activities
Conducted due diligence of companies and real estate.
