• Has extensive practice in civil, commercial and administrative cases, during which he has successfully represented entrepreneurs and individuals before common courts, public administration bodies and administrative courts;
• Provides legal advice to entrepreneurs and individual clients on current issues in civil law, administrative law, and labor law;
• Conducted due diligence on businesses and real estate;
• Advises on family and inheritance matters;
• Represented clients in compensation disputes with insurance providers at the pre-trial and judicial stages;
• Constructed, negotiated and reviewed civil law contracts as part of ongoing services to entrepreneurs;
• Has experience in handling bankruptcy cases (has also worked with bankruptcy trustees);
• Has experience in providing legal services to higher education institutions.
